Our history
The Ukrainian Food Banks Federation was founded in October 2022 with the support of the European Food Banks Federation (FEBA), a non-profit organisation that brings together food banks in 30 European countries.
Since the beginning of the russian invasion of Ukraine, FEBA has responded immediately and launched the #AllTogether4Ukraine, campaign to support Ukrainians, including helping to build a network of food banks in Ukraine.
The Kyiv office is located in the same building as the main hub. It optimises the work of employees of specialised departments (logistics, finance, communication, etc.) and volunteers involved in packing the kits.
Part of the team is also based in Lviv and ensures the effective work of the Lviv warehouse, where partner organisations of volunteers also join large gatherings.
